30-day returns

All products, including custom orders, are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to arrange your return and confirm the return instructions.

The buyer pays return shipping. If the item arrives damaged, EquiCraft pays the return shipping. Contact us with your order number and details of the damage so we can arrange the return.

If you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

We process your refund immediately after receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Cancellations
