How do I choose the right saddle size?
Check the seat size, gullet, tree and other measurements listed for the specific saddle. A seat size alone does not confirm fit for your horse. If you are unsure, contact us with the product link and your requirements before ordering.
How do I choose a show-shirt or jacket size?
Use the measurement information supplied with the product and compare it with your measurements. If a chart or measurement is unclear, send us the product link and ask before placing an order.
What is included with my order?
Check the description and the option you select. For listings with “Only Shirt”, “Only Blanket” or “Combo” options, the items included depend on that selection. Accessories shown in a photo are included only when the description says so.
Are all saddles made from leather?
No. The range includes leather and synthetic saddles. Please check the material stated in the individual product listing.
Can I enquire about a custom design?
Yes. Send the product link, measurements and requested changes through our contact page or WhatsApp. Please wait for confirmation of availability, price and timing before ordering a custom specification.
Where can I check my order?
